Every batch of Jo'sJoe is artisan roasted using only premium and specialty grade arabica coffee - no artificial flavors, no computers,

no AI. Guided by my senses and 20 years of experience, I watch, listen,

and time each roast, bringing out the best in every small batch.

This creates individually crafted, one-of-a-kind coffee

just like you - one of a kind.

 

In addition, I repurpose locally sourced, gently used coffee cups, knickknacks, and clothing. Many are thoughtfully reimagined with the Jo'sJoe logo and artwork, because value, usefulness, and beauty endure.

We are all living art, surviving art, rescued art,

pieced together with love and coffee.
