This is the Espresso Blend I created at Stucco House Coffee Roasters. It is a balanced blend of 3 different premium or specialty grade coffee's, with 10% Indian Cherry Robusta. I roast this at a Full City+/Lt. Vienna roast. It is a smooth, medium/full bodied cup with caramel chocolate notes. It is also a delicious brewed cup.
